Local evidence research

The ability of Local Councils to make telling arguments and justify local needs in their neighbourhood plans, in local plans, on planning applications and to secure contributions from developers, rests on sound supporting evidence and information. Andrea Pellegram and Lee Searles have a wealth of experience in developing evidence base and in carrying out research which can support local communities.
